Sub-processors
Last updated June 5, 2026
PARSR uses the third-party services below to process data on your behalf. Each one acts as a data processor: it processes your data only to perform the service we use it for and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes. We do not work with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics companies that track you across the web.
Current sub-processors
Gladia: Transcription
Converts your audio recordings into text transcripts.
Groq: Chat and summary LLM
Runs Llama (an open-weight model) over transcript text to generate summaries, action items, and answers to your questions.
Mistral: Embeddings
Generates the vector embeddings that power PARSR’s meaning-based semantic search.
Supabase: Database and storage
Stores recordings, transcripts, summaries, embeddings, and account data. Runs on AWS infrastructure; data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Tavily: Web search
Retrieves relevant web sources when you ask a question that requires current information from the web.
Resend: Email
Delivers account-related email such as confirmation and beta-access messages.
Stripe: Billing
Creates and manages paid subscriptions. Card and billing details are entered on Stripe’s own hosted checkout and are never seen by PARSR.
Sentry: Crash and error telemetry
Receives scrubbed diagnostic data (error type, stack trace, technical context) so we can find and fix crashes.
Plausible: Landing analytics
Provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics for the parsr.io marketing site. No personal data or cross-site tracking; no consent banner required.
Notice of changes
Before we add a new sub-processor or replace an existing one, we will update this page and post the change at least 30 days in advance, so you have time to review it. If you have an active paid subscription and object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds, you may contact us during the notice period and we will work with you in good faith to address the concern. Continued use of PARSR after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated list.
